Inspiration – Restaurant Speilsalen

Temptech is the proud supplier of wine cabinets to Michelin-starred restaurant Speilsalen at the Britannia Hotel in Trondheim, Norway.

Head Sommelier and four-time Norwegian champion sommelier, Henrik Dahl Jahnsen, is responsible for the wine at Speilsalen and has chosen Temptech to provide their wine cabinets.

Temptech has supplied four large Copenhagen wine cabinets, which are beautifully positioned in the restaurant. This wine cabinet, with its special “label view” shelves, is very popular with restaurants, wine bars and private wine collectors. “The wine is showcased beautifully and it is easy to find the exact bottle you want,” says Dahl Jahnsen.
